The budget will be predominately spent on the catering. All other needed equipment will no cost

HOSPITALITY FACTILITIES AND PROVISION:

Toilets are provided in the building, hospitals are in the city centre if needed.

LEGAL AND ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS:

All work shall be shown on the bottom floor so the disabled can access. 
The work should not offend anybody of any background or culture. 

CONTINGENCY PLANS:

To describe and talk about the work if they are not able to be shown visually. 


Initial Ideas:

Use studio 1 and 2 and divide two rooms to show 10 images each. Studio 2 focusing on unit 32 and studio 1 focusing on unit 31. 

We will a combination of images from our units. We will divide it to 5 images between us. To make 20 in total when all our work is combined.

The theme is steel city images will represent Sheffield through the nickname steel city.

Rationale



Rationale: 

We have chosen the theme of the 'steel city' this is because we come from Sheffield, and want to show off our work. We have chosen to take images from our unit in creative and digital media. This is because this is the course we are studying and have covered such topics as "designing graphics for a music festival in sheffield" and "10 images that represent creative and digital Sheffield".
